EVIDENCES OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH

The documents and evidences of my experiences in community outreach are clipped in this page. 

I personally created the letter below due to the request of my cooperating teacher. I am happy to  do the other task that she given me.





These pictures are the evidences that I participated in the Clean Up drive headed by the Araling Panlipunan Department and A.P.K.P Club in a particular area of San Francisco Macabebe, Pampanga.


















I also participated and created the letter for the Project Citizen, one of the project of A.P.K.P. Club and Araling Panlipunan Department in the engagement of the school to the community. I am also asked for the documentation and registration committee in this event.












REFLECTION

                The helping hand; a good teacher must extend his professional skills to promote awareness and disseminate information in the community.  The community outreach teach me important things first, other than creating a sensible plan in your department as a teacher you must impose a project which may help the students and the community to be aware in cleanliness or to new projects. Next, community outreach serves as a tool to connect the school to the community. The school is a part of the community it is also the cradle of every students who later on became the residents of each baranggay. Lastly, Community engagements serves as a linkage for the school to have a partnership in protecting the students and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment.  Improving the students skills academically is not just the prior goal of the school as part of the core values of the school itself and our country each individual must be Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Bansa and Maka-kalikasan,  these core values must be recognized in every activity set by the school and the teachers. Learning cannot be found alone in the four corners of the school nor four corners of the classroom as cliche as it may sounds this community outreach specifically clean up drive and Project Citizen I learned that we, as a teacher are the one who can build an avenue to connect the community and the institution.
